100 block of W. Second St., theft of property valued at $1,000 or less. A seat was reported stolen from a bicycle left overnight in the bed of a truck parked at the owner’s residence.

700 block of W. Second St., civil standby, failure to comply with a court order, two reports of first-degree terroristic threatening.

Intersection of W. Second St. and S. Porter St., obstruction of governmental operations. A patrol officer witnessed four individuals in hoodies leaving J.B. Bryant while officers were attempting to locate a suspect wearing a hoodie in the theft of a bicycle from a residence. The officer stopped the four individuals, one of whom refused to comply with instructions to remove their hands from their pockets as a second officer was collecting identification from the other individuals.

Intersection of W. Second St. and N. Lowe St., resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental operations.

Cash Savers, 102 E. 22nd St., theft of mislaid property. A black purse was reported missing after being left in a shopping cart by mistake. The purse contained $400 in cash, a prescription bottle of 30 hydrocodone pills, and a prescription bottle of 30 metformin pills.

Intersection of W. First St. and S. Maple St., third-degree battery, first-degree criminal mischief.

900 block of E. Cleveland St., first-degree terroristic threatening.

700 block of W. Second St., harassment or surveillance at one’s school, work, vehicle, or home.

Stuttgart Apartments, 501 W. First St., first-degree criminal mischief resulting in damage to property valued at $1,000 or less. An apartment window was reported broken. The window had locks on it, preventing it from being opened more than a couple of inches and there was no sign of forced entry. A neighbor said that the individual who rents the apartment had not been seen in approximately one week.

A-Z Food Mart, 2018 S. Buerkle St., first-degree criminal mischief resulting in damage to property of another valued at $1,000 or less. Police responding to a possible commercial burglary at the store found a broken window, a display knocked off the counter, and a large piece of asphalt lodged in the bottom of a cooler. Nothing appeared to be missing from the store.

Wendy’s, 405 E. 22nd St., third-degree battery. A physical altercation between two employees was reported to police.

1900 block of S. Vine St., third-degree battery.

500 block of W. Second St., first-degree criminal mischief resulting in property damage valued at $1,000 or less.

Stuttgart Police also responded to three reports of domestic battery.
